Hillhouse sits amongst landscaped gardens with many established and feature trees, herbaceous border, small apple orchard, walled garden and willow forest. In the late winter much of the ground is carpeted with snowdrops before a mass of tulips and crocus appear in the spring.

The borders continue to change well into the summer with an array of colours, scents and sounds filling the tranquil air. Surrounded by rolling Scottish countryside the Hillhouse estate features a small lake which attracts significant wildlife.

The 18th century Georgian house is also available for your exclusive use. Featuring an oak panelled library, orangery and many original Georgian features it offers great scope for individual projects.
